1% Initiative

Ward|Blake is committed to providing public service in architectural design. We are participating members of Public Architecture’s 1+ program. A national movement in partnership with the AIA that coordinates and advocates for pro bono architectural efforts in the public interest. 

Ward|Blake is honored to fulfill our yearly pledge of contributing 1% of our design staff’s total project hours toward pro bono design work directed to non-profit clients working for the public good overall. 

We approach each pro bono project with the same energy, enthusiasm and dedication as we would any other project. These opportunities allow our continued commitment to help better provide for the organizations, individuals and communities we live and work in.
